<p>2 cups mini marshmallows</p>
<p>1-20 oz can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice</p>
<p>1/2 cup sugar</p>
<p>1 tablespoon flour</p>
<p>1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar</p>
<p>1 egg</p>
<p> </p>
<p>8 oz cool whip</p>
<p>2 cups cubed unpeeled Granny Smith apples</p>
<p>1 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts</p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Day One:</span></p>
<p>Mix marshmallows and drained pineapple in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate. In a saucepan add pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg, and vinegar. Cook on low heat. Make sure to stir constantly until thick. Once thickened, pour into seperate bowl, cover and refrigerate.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Day Two:</span></p>
<p>Mix cool whip into marshmallow-pineapple mixture. Then pour cooked pineapple juice mix and stir. Add your cubed apples and peanuts, mix well.</p>
<p>Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
