Cut green beans
Black beans
Red kidney beans, drained

Black Bean And Corn Salad
1 can (15oz) black beans: rinsed and drained
1cup cooked whole kernel corn
¾ cup red sweet pepper, cut into ½ in pieces
2/3 cup celery stalk with leaves, sliced
1 Tbsp snipped cilantro       1/2 medium  avocado
 3/4 cup Salsa dressing (see below)

Makes 4 to 6 side-dish servings
1 ¼- cups chicken broth or water
1 – cup quick-cooking barley
1-Cup garbanzo beans- rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen peas
½ of a red sweet pepper, cut into strips
½ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup thinly sliced green onion
1 Tbsp snipped fresh rosemary or 1 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary

Chill overnight
1 (14/16oz) can red kidney beans,drained
3 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 stalks celery ,chopped
1/4 cup salad dressing ( mayo)
1 Tbsp sugar
Combine sweet pickle,mustard,onion,celery,sugar and salad dressing mix well.
Add kidney beans and eggs toss to blend. Chill overnight, toss before serving.
