7-Up Salad

1 sm. pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8oz) cream cheese
Use mixer to beat, then add:
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
few drops of green food coloring
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. 7-Up
Pour into jello mold and Chill.
