Potato Salad

6 medium potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3-cup pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp mustard
1-cup mayonnaise
4 hard-boiled eggs
Boil potatoes till fork tender, drain and chill. Boil eggs till hard, peel and chill.
