1 lb spinach (remove stems)
3 boiled eggs (chopped)
1 red onion (chopped)
5 slices fried bacon (crumbled)
 
Dressing:
 
¼ cup wine vinegar
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
¼ cup catsup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a shaker, and shake till mixed well.

2-4 sliced green onions
3 Tbsp. of favorite dressing
