Taco Salad

1-pound ground beef
1-cup onion (chopped)
1 pkg of any taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
8 oz shredded cheese
Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat, drain. Stir in taco seasoning, diced can tomatoes and cup of cheese. Simmer over low heat till cheese is melted.
Toppings:
6 cup torn lettuce
6 oz-shredded cheese
2 medium tomatoes (diced)
