Winter Salad With Walnuts and Apples

1 pkg. any European salad mix
1 thinly sliced tart apple
1 pkg. (4oz) Blue cheese (crumbled)
1 cup walnut halves
1/3-cup vegetable oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine salad mix, walnuts and blue cheese toss lightly. Whisk together oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Pour over salad toss and serve immediately.
